About the Journal

Nutritional Health and Diabetes is an open-access journal that offers a platform for researchers to publish their latest findings and breakthroughs in human nutrition research and diabetes management. The journal aims to disseminate the latest knowledge and advancements in the field, encompassing a range of dietetic practices, such as medical nutrition therapy, public and community health nutrition, food and nutrition service management, dietetic education, as well as new and emerging areas of practice.
