Archives of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases (ISSN: 2834-7226) is a highly regarded, open-access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to publishing cutting-edge research in the fields of microbiology, parasitology, and epidemiology of infectious diseases in both humans and animals, with a particular focus on zoonotic infections and animal models of human infections.

The journal's scope encompasses a wide range of topics, including but not limited to: Antimicrobial resistance and antimicrobial therapy, bacteriology and parasitology, biochemistry and biophysics, biofilms and biological systems, biotechnology and bioremediation, cell biology and signaling, chemical biology, cross-disciplinary studies, ecology and environmental microbiology, food microbiology, genetics, host-microbe interactions, microbial methods and techniques, microscopy and imaging, omics technologies (genomics, proteomics, and metabolomics), physiology and metabolism, systems biology and synthetic biology, and the microbiome in human and animal diseases.
