Abstract

The frequency of uterine malformations is difficult to assess. Their detection requires specific explorations (hysterosalpingography, MRI, hysteroscopy and laparoscopy). The bicornuate uterus is the best known of the uterine malformations and represents about half of the uterine malformations. They are also characterized by latency and clinical polymorphism. However, it is necessary to think about it in front of any accident of the pregnancy and any infertility of the couple. We report two cases of uterine malformations (Pseudo-unicorn uterus) discovered late and fortuitously intraoperatively.
